Best Brunch Spots in Palm Springs
Brunch in Palm Springs is less of a meal and more of a weekend ritual. The desert sun is out, patios are buzzing, cocktails appear before noon, and breakfast turns into half a day of eating, talking, and soaking up the Palm Springs atmosphere. Here are some Palm Springs spots worth putting on the itinerary.
1. Farm
Farm feels like a little escape to the South of France. It has a beautiful garden-style patio that doesn’t feel overly formal. We’d say it’s perfect for a long, relaxed brunch. The menu leans into fresh California ingredients and French-inspired flavors, with sweet and savory crepes, the Farm Breakfast Sandwich, and bottomless mimosas.
2. Spencer’s Restaurant
Sitting at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, Spencer’s award-winning patio gives you the kind of setting that makes lingering over brunch feel completely natural. The menu keeps things familiar but special, with several Benedicts, lemon-ricotta pancakes, and a Maine lobster omelet. Sunday brunch runs from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
3. Eight4Nine
What really makes Eight4Nine stand out is the contemporary American menu, a super-stylish setting, and a lively atmosphere that is perfect for groups and celebrations. Brunch is served alongside lunch and dinner, while the lounge and bar accept walk-ins. That flexibility is useful when the morning starts slowly.
4. Boozehounds
Boozehounds gets the cocktail side of brunch right with a drink-friendly menu, mountain views, and a dog-friendly outdoor setting. Try the cucumber cooler or brunch punch alongside milk bread French toast or Loco Moco. The patio and atrium welcome dogs, making this a fun option for travelers with pets.
5. Lulu California Bistro
Lulu is all about energy. Its streetside patio and bright interiors make brunch feel like part of the Palm Springs experience itself. The weekend brunch menu offers a three-course format with eggs Benedict, pancakes, omelets, and waffles. Add mimosas or champagne, and it becomes an easy choice for groups looking for a lively meal.
6. Cheeky’s
The menu changes with the seasons, but the famous bacon flight remains one of the big draws. Expect creative breakfast plates, chilaquiles, eggs Benedict, fresh juices, and baked goods. The cinnamon rolls are especially popular, so arrive early. Brunch is served daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and reservations are not accepted.
7. Norma’s
Norma’s brings playful, colorful energy to a polished setting. It is a strong pick for a celebration, a girls’ getaway, or simply a brunch where you feel like treating yourself. The menu goes beyond eggs and toast, with lobster frittata, very berry brioche French toast, and chocolate decadence French toast. Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
