The Palm Springs Modernism Event is Fast Approaching!
The Palm Springs Modernism event takes place February 12-22, 2026. This eleven-day celebration of mid-century modern design, architecture, and culture features walking and bus tours, house visits, talks, and parties in unique locations not regularly open to the public.
Attendees will get a glimpse of Palm Springs’ famed glamorous mid-century era, and its current mix of contemporary and modern architecture.

Modernism Week’s Signature Bus Tour
Modernism Week’s Premier Double Decker Architectural Bus Tour is a 2.5-hour journey through Palm Springs’ most iconic architectural landmarks. This open-air tour highlights Spanish Colonial Revival and mid-century modern design, offering exterior views of the McCallum Adobe, Villa Paradiso Estate, and Albert Frey’s famous Frey House II. Guests also see legendary sites like the House of Tomorrow, the Kaufmann Desert House, the Steel Development Houses, and Frank Sinatra’s former “Twin Palms” estate. With knowledgeable guides and stunning neighborhood routes, this tour gives visitors a rich, engaging look at the history, style, and architectural diversity that define Palm Springs.
Preview Party for Palm Springs Modernism Fall Show

The show brings over 45 national and international exhibitors together under one roof in Palm Springs, offering items from all design movements of the 20th century along with 21st century design items, including furniture, art, indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, home décor items, and much more! All items are for SALE.
Following the Preview Party on Friday night, the show opens to the general public on Saturday, February 14, to Monday, February 16, from 10 a.m. onwards.
