Bedroom 2 has a king bed and flatscreen TV, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 also offer king beds. The fifth bedroom doubles as a game room, with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, a flatscreen TV and a ping pong table. The second bathroom has a tub over shower and double sink vanity. 

Extra conveniences include a queen-sized air mattress, Pack and Play, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

This helps us continue offering a great experience while respecting the tranquility of our fantastic neighborhood.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home comes fully furnished and equipped with a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably at the beginning of your stay. We recommend planning ahead to purchase any additional consumables you'll need for the remainder of your visit.

House Rules and Notes:
-    No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
-    No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
-    Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
-    No smoking
-    Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
-    Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
-    Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
-    Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
