The primary bedroom, casita, and south guest bedroom all feature king-size beds, while the north guest bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two extra-long twin beds. The living room also has a sofa that converts to a bed, and the casita has a sofa that folds out to a bed that would easily accommodate a child. Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze with a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating options with a cheery breakfast nook, a large glass dining table, and an outdoor dining area. Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
