The living spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, including a game room with a pool table and a cozy lounge area. Kitchen & Amenities: With not one, but three fully-equipped kitchens, indulge your inner chef with the finest cookware, an array of small appliances, and essentials like a high-powered blender for morning smoothies and a coffee machine brewing local beans. Savor meals at the grand dining table or out under the stars. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a high-performance blender, a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary Starbucks pods, and a full suite of cookware. Guest Requirements & City Ordinances: Per Palm Springs regulations, all guests 18+ must review and acknowledge the Good Neighbor Brochure prior to check-in (provided after booking). The primary guest must also submit all vehicle details. Guests must be 25+ to book, and the booking guest must be present for the entire stay. Monthly Stays (28+ Nights): A $1,500/month utility deposit is required, including a $200 monthly allowance for gas/electric. Any overages are deducted; remaining balance is refunded after check-out.
