• Living room: Sink into a cool, AC-comfortable lounge after a hike, with plenty of seating for post-dinner conversation and board-game nights.
• Dining area: A real dining table that fits your whole crew—no splitting into shifts.
• Dedicated desk/work nook: Answer a few emails, then get back to the pool.
Bedrooms + bathrooms
Step inside to discover a tastefully decorated haven featuring five luxurious bedrooms, each designed to offer ultimate comfort and privacy. The grand master suite invites relaxation with its opulent king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Four additional bedrooms, equally enchanting, are perfect for family and friends, ensuring everyone has their personal retreat.
Five private bedrooms support an easy rhythm for 10 guests: slow mornings, mid-day resets, and everyone ready at the same time for dinner reservations. With 5.5 bathrooms, you avoid the "who's next?" bottleneck—especially on wedding weekends, golf mornings, and night-out nights.
Kitchen + amenities
The heart of the estate is its expansive living area, where you can gather around the 65-inch Samsung Frame TV, or engage in conversation while admiring the desert views. A well-equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts, featuring a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary Starbucks pods, top-of-the-line appliances, and all necessary cookware to create memorable meals for your group.
Your kitchen is stocked for actual cooking (not just reheating):

• Baking sheet + BBQ tools/utensils for grilling nights
• Blender for morning smoothies or frozen margaritas
• Coffee maker for that first cup before the sun gets hot

Outdoor spaces
This is where Casa Grande earns its name.
• Private swimming pool: Spend the day floating under blue-sky silence, then dry off in the late-afternoon golden light.
• Regulation-size tennis court: Play singles, run doubles, or set up a mini round-robin. (Court is not available after dark/after 9pm and has no lighting.)
• BBQ grill: Easy pool-to-plate dinners—grill, gather, and stay in.
• Desert + mountain views: 360° views are genuinely rare in Palm Springs, and they're the backdrop to everything here.
Casa Grande is for groups who want a "stay-in" estate that still makes it effortless to go out. Your days can look like this: coffee, tennis, pool, showers without waiting, dinner out—or dinner in—then a calm, quiet neighborhood to come home to. The perimeter walls add a sense of real privacy, and the Spanish-style character makes the whole place feel like a proper Palm Springs story, not just a rental.
Adjacent casitas: Two casitas next to the tennis court are unoccupied and not accessible to guests. (Ask if you're interested in the larger 8-bedroom configuration.)
Pool & Spa Heating (Optional Add-On)
Pool/spa heat is available for $100/night. Recommended October–May. Please request at least 72 hours in advance (heating may take up to 48 hours to reach ~86°F). Spa heating is only available with the pool heating add-on.

Quiet neighborhood: No parties or events.
Tennis court hours: Not available after dark or after 9pm (no lighting).
Desert environment note: Because of the mountain/desert setting, you may see desert critters. Please keep doors closed to prevent entry.
Occupancy: Maximum 10 guests.
Guest Requirements & City Ordinances
Per Palm Springs regulations, all guests 18+ must review and acknowledge the Good Neighbor Brochure prior to check-in (provided after booking). The primary guest must also submit all vehicle details. Guests must be 25+ to book, and the booking guest must be present for the entire stay.
Monthly Stays (28+ Nights)
A $1,500/month utility deposit is required, including a $200 monthly allowance for gas/electric. Any overages are deducted; remaining balance is refunded after check-out.
