Community amenity access is subject to HOA rules and may require guest registration.
Important Rental Requirements
Minimum stay: 30 nights.
Age requirement: At least one guest staying in the home must be 55 years of age or older, in accordance with community regulations.
Reservation holder: The person making the reservation must be present at check-in and remain at the property for the entire stay.
Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be denied occupancy without compensation.
Please respect this peaceful residential community by keeping noise and music at reasonable levels, particularly outdoors. Community noise regulations are strictly enforced, and violations may result in citations or fines.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two per stay. A non-refundable pet fee, plus applicable taxes, applies per dog, per stay. Please keep dogs off the furniture and clean up after them to avoid additional charges.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and golf courses are nearby, with convenient access to major roadways.
Area attractions include the Empire Polo Club, home of Coachella and Stagecoach; Indian Wells Tennis Garden; Old Town La Quinta; Palm Desert’s El Paseo shopping district; casinos; hiking trails; and championship golf courses. Uber and Lyft also serve the area, though availability may vary.
