Hi, I’m Luz.

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, I’ve worked in the vacation rental industry for more than 17 years, focusing on operations, homeowner relations, guest experience, and business development. As Vice President of Operations for California at Alice Lodging, I oversee a strong and growing team across the Coachella Valley, managing vacation rental operations throughout Palm Springs and Palm Desert while helping drive the company’s continued growth and owner satisfaction.

I began my career in vacation rentals in 2009 with Oranj Palm, where I developed a deep understanding of property management and homeowner advocacy. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships throughout the industry, and I pride myself on being dedicated to my clients, taking a hands-on approach, and striving for operational excellence.
