How do I make a reservation?

Booking your stay with Alice Lodging is easy. You can reserve directly through our website or contact our team for assistance at +1 (928) 447-8089. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking, and we’re unable to accept cash or checks. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message, we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

What is the minimum age to make a reservation?

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a property with Alice Lodging, unless otherwise specified for a particular home or destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards on VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX networks. For security reasons, we do not accept cash or personal checks.

Why do tax rates vary between homes?

The tax rate for each property depends on its location. All homes are subject to state lodging tax, and some areas may also include additional city or county taxes as required by local regulations.

Are there any current specials or discounts?

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 31 days or more before your scheduled arrival, your payment will be refunded minus 30% of the total reservation amount, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, as well as no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, are not eligible for a refund. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be issued if the property becomes unavailable or difficult to access due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, government actions, or utility outages. How do I access the home upon arrival?

We’ll hand over the keys once your reservation is fully paid and confirmed. Depending on the home, you’ll either find a physical key secured in a lockbox or be given an electronic access code for keyless entry. All necessary details, including the lockbox location, code, and driving directions will be shared in your final confirmation email. For security reasons, we can provide this information only to the primary reservation holder, so please share it with other guests in your party as needed.

Where should I park when I arrive at the stay?

Each home includes specific parking details and limitations, which you’ll find in your final confirmation email and at the property. Please follow these instructions carefully, as they are based on local city or county regulations. Failure to comply may result in fines issued by local authorities or additional charges from Alice Lodging. We recommend planning your stay according to the number of vehicles permitted for your rental.

What amenities are provided in the home?

All homes come stocked with fresh linens, towels, basic kitchen essentials, and coffee filters. You’ll also find a starter supply of items like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For most guests, this is sufficient, but we recommend bringing extra supplies if you’re traveling with a larger group or staying longer than three nights. Food items are not provided, so please bring whatever you’ll need for your stay, including spices, if desired (we do provide salt and pepper).
