A perfect example of the indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle, this home offers sun-filled rooms with French doors in every bedroom, great views, a poolside casita, and three of the bedrooms open out directly to your 20-by-40-foot, resort-style pool!

The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the casita - the fourth bedroom - showcases an abundant amount of space, a king bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and its own spacious en suite bathroom. Enjoy the relaxing warmth, energizing colors, nearby soaring palm trees, and a spacious lot with two private pools and a spa. You can even pick your own fruit from a variety of citrus trees on the grounds when making your favorite cocktails.

This modern-style Palm Springs home features artwork that will greet you upon entering the front door. Meet The Berthas (the two giant paintings in the foyer); the artist also painted the piece above the piano. The living and dining space features a large area for group entertaining and relaxation. You'll have indoor dining seating for up to 10 in the kitchen that's fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, large and small, the dining table seats up to six and there is additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. Additional features include a washer/dryer and Halo total home water filtration system.

Other highlights and features include a comfortable spacious living room with a gas fireplace, large TV, baby grand piano and direct access to a generous covered dining patio with a natural gas barbecue grill, a beautifully landscaped private yard, and an adjacent swimming pool with 6 person spa. On the other side of the house, off the bedrooms, is the large resort-style pool with 8 lounge chairs, umbrellas and a covered patio for extra shade, as well as a second natural gas grill for your convenience. 

What's nearby:
This Palm Springs vacation rental is a short 5 minute drive to downtown's restaurants and shops, and is convenient to golf courses, attractions, and entertainment. Not to mention, the airport terminal is just over two miles away, offering convenience for visitors. For a bit of adventure, head over to the various hiking trails in the foothills, check out the Palm Springs Art Museum, or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for some picturesque views. Joshua Tree National Park is also a great place to take a day trip, and well worth the 35-mile scenic drive.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. The homeowner has made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

There are 7 cameras on the property. 4 by the pool area which are covered prior to guest arrival and 3 facing the street.

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $100 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.

Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.

Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
