V3820 - Palm Golf

Stayed here for the weekend with my friends, and it was the best decision we made! It was the perfect home base, great location, and still quiet to recharge after a long day! The home was clean, spacious, and our hosts were very friendly and made everything easy from check-in to checkout! Overall the perfect weekend, and I would definitely recommend staying!

We have stayed in the community this Alice Lodging home was in before.
We had a great experience then, dare I say this was just a bit better. Why?:
This home is large. There is enough space for everyone to have space.
All the beds and sofa were comfy.
The kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
We didn’t have much contact with the host team outside of check-in and check-out because we needed nothing during our stay.
Additionally, I appreciate the check-out instructions were fairly simple; collect all trash and take it out, start the dishwasher. I hate rentals with a full chores list and still charge you a cleaning fee. Was happy to see Alice Lodging didn’t do that.
Also, note this community is about 30 mins from Coachella by car.

Excellent amenities! You had everything we needed. Typically we have to go to the store for spices, tp,paper products but not here. You had absolutely everything we needed. Loved our stay and we definitely will stay there again

Easy check-in. Good location with a number of pools close to the unit. Nice gym.

Nice, clean condo. Beautiful location. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies. Responsive staff.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location. The condo was very nice and went above my expectation from even what was displayed in the photos, which is unusual. Loved that we had access to a hot tub right across the street and the big living room couch was so comfy! I was in town for an event and if I come back another year I will definitely want to stay here again.
