The Happy House

This was a great location for our labor day weekend getaway. The house was clean and easy to access. Once booked, Alice Lodging was good in communicating thru email about the requirements for the stay and how to access the location. The are also super pet friendly. Our dogs were excited to play around the backyard. The pool is also fun as well as the hot tub. We did have an issue with the hot tub but it was easy to communicate the issue and they were able to send their maintenance person to fix it. Thank you so much for making our stay a comfortable and fun one. I do have suggestions: 1. it would be great if the BBQ area can have like a shade cover. We had to wait until the sun wasn't directly on the BBQ grill so we can start our hot dogs and food. 2. the house does have great instructions on how to check out and instructions on how to use certain things around the house but we also got emails about check out and we weren't sure which ones to follow. Maybe if the instructions in the house can be updated.

Magnificent home to stay at. Host left mostly everything ready for the stay to be perfect. Would definitely come back again.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We loved the pool and the beds were super comfy. The location was amazing!
Also, be aware that on landscape days, the landscaper will just come into the backyard unannounced and start blowing leaves, etc. The instructions we were given after check in and the written instructions in the book in the house had conflicting information about which day the landscaper is supposed to come. Unfortunately, because of this, we were swimming in the pool when the landscaper walked in to the backyard and started leaf blowing. It was a bit jarring.
There was other conflicting information between the instruction book and the texts we got from the manager. It really needs to be updated asap.

Great place and the hosts were great!
