It's important to note this peaceful retreat adheres to quiet time regulations, no pets poolside, and a stringent no-smoking policy indoors. Per HOA, only 1 dog per unit allowed and it cannot exceed 25 lbs. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property.
