This is a dog friendly property, there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home no exceptions.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
